3. Ordering and payment

3.1 Orders are placed through tatua.fr after accepting the Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use.

3.2 Payments are processed by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

3.3 Order confirmation is sent by email immediately after payment.

3.4 An invoice can be obtained at any time on request at support@tatua.fr.

4. One-off purchases (consumers)

4.1 The $0.99 unlock and the credit packs are one-off purchases: no automatic renewal, no later charge.

4.2 Credits are delivered to the User's account immediately and do not expire.

5. Automatic renewal of subscriptions

5.1 Subscriptions (weekly access, yearly access and Pro Salon) renew automatically on their due date: every week for weekly access, every year for yearly access and yearly Pro Salon, every month for monthly Pro Salon.

5.2 The subscriber can turn off renewal at any time from their dashboard. Turning it off takes effect at the end of the current period; access remains active until then.

5.3 For yearly subscriptions, a reminder email is sent before renewal.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

6.1 Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer residing in the European Union has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal.

6.2 Exception: under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content whose performance has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

6.3 When placing the order, the User expressly consents to immediate performance of the Service and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the first generation has been carried out.

6.4 "Satisfied or refunded" commercial guarantee: independently of the legal right, Tatua offers a satisfaction guarantee: credits are given back on request for any creation, and a refund in currency is granted within 14 days on any purchase (unlock, subscription or pack), as detailed in section 7.

7. "Satisfied or refunded" guarantee

7.1 If the result does not suit you, write to support@tatua.fr stating your account email: Tatua gives you back the credits used so you can try again. This is the default remedy, granted on request and without justification.

7.2 For any purchase (unlock, subscription or pack), a refund is granted within 14 days of payment, on request and without justification, even if credits have been used.

7.3 A refund is also granted when the Service did not work (technical failure, content not delivered).

7.4 This guarantee also covers subscription renewals, within the same 14-day window after each charge. Beyond 14 days, dissatisfaction gives rise to credits being given back; a refund remains available in the event of a proven dispute.

7.5 Refunds are made within 7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Additional credits (top-up)

8.1 Credit packs are one-off purchases with no automatic renewal.

8.2 Purchased credits are added to the current plan's allowance and are used after the plan's own credits.

8.3 Purchased credits are not refundable once used, except under the guarantee in section 7, but they never expire.

8.4 Each subscription includes a volume of creations for reasonable personal use. In the event of particularly intensive use, the creation of new designs may be paused until the period renews; the User can also buy additional credits (packs above) to carry on immediately.

9. Cancelling a subscription

9.1 The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard.

9.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The plan's credits remain usable until that date.

9.3 No pro-rata refund is made for the current period, except under the guarantee in section 7.

10. Complaints and mediation

10.1 For any complaint: support@tatua.fr. A reply is provided within 5 business days.

10.2 EU consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10.3 In France: Commission de la Médiation de la Consommation. In Belgium: Consumer Mediation Service. In Switzerland: Fédération Romande des Consommateurs.

11. Force majeure

LCM LLC cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a force majeure event as defined by the applicable case law.

12. Governing law

For EU consumers: the law of the consumer's country of residence, within the limits of the applicable conflict-of-law rules. For professionals: the law of the State of Delaware (USA).
